摘要 基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术设计了高度集成的Ku频段瓦片式有源天线前端。在小于5mm的剖面高度内,集成了辐射天线、射频接收电路、本振分配网络、中频合成网络、电源控制网络等部分。通过对瓦片式前端中不同功能电路的仿真优化,验证了整体设计的有效性。整个前端结构的尺寸仅为50mm×50mm×4mm,且总重量小于30g,在资源严重受限的平台具有良好的应用前景。 A highly integrated active Ku-band tile antenna front end is designed based on low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. The antenna front end that has a thickness of less than 5mm contains radiating antenna elements, RF receiving circuits, LO distribution network, IF synthesis network, and power supply and control network. Through simulation and optimization of functional circuits in the tile structure, the overall design has been validated. The size of the antenna front end is only 50mm×50mm×4mm, and its weight is less than 30g. Therefore, it shows great potential for applications on platforms which have very limited resources.
