Research on a Predictive Maintenance Support Platform for Radar Equipment on Active Duty Based on Big Data

摘要 近期以来,随着数字化武器装备特别是信息化程度很高的雷达装备大量装备部队,为快速、及时、准确地进行维修保障提出了新的挑战。本文针对在装备保障过程中遇到的资源配置、故障预测、维修策略制定等方面的问题,提出了一种基于大数据方法的装备故障预测性维修技术。 Recently, as a large number of digital weapon equipment, especially radar equipment with high degree of informationization, enters into service, the rapid, timely and accurate maintenance support for those equipment becomes a new challenge. Aiming at the problems of resource allocation, fault prediction and maintenance strategy formulation occurred in the process of equipment maintenance support, this paper proposes a technology of predictive equipment fault maintenance based on big data.
