量化评估分级基础上的时间护理推送法在冠心病合并高血压老年患者中的应用

Application of nursing interventions guided by chronotherapeutics and quantitative evaluation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension

目的观察量化评估分级基础上的时间护理推送法在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)并高血压老年患者中的应用效果。方法将量化评估分级基础上的时间护理推送法实施前(2018年1月—4月)和实施后(2018年5月—8月)住院的冠心病合并高血压老年病例各40例分别设为对照组与试验组。对照组接受常规护理,试验组接受量化评估分级基础上的时间护理推送法干预,观察2组干预前后血压值、干预后护理依从性和诺丁汉健康调查问卷(NHP)(生活质量)评分。结果干预后试验组患者收缩压与舒张压低于对照组(P <0. 05)。试验组干预后护理依从性评分与生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用量化评估分级基础上的时间护理推送法对冠心病并高血压老年患者施加干预,可提高患者的护理依从性、血压控制效果及生活质量水平。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing interventions guided by chronotherapeutics and quantitative evaluation in elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and hypertension.Methods Totally 40 elderly patients with CHD and hypertension with admission date between January 2018 and April 2018 were selected as the control group.Another 40 elderly patients with CHD and hypertension with admission date between May 2018 and August 2018 were enrolled as the study group.Patients in the control group received routine care during treatment,and those in the study group received nursing interventions guided by chronotherapeutics and quantitative evaluation.The blood pressure levels,compliance with nursing care and score of Nottingham Health Profile (NHP) were compared between two groups.Results The levels of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the study group were lower than those in the control after the nursing interventions (P<0.05).Patients in the study group achieved higher scores of compliance assessment and NHP scale compared with those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions guided by chronotherapeutics and quantitative evaluation are potentially effective to improve the compliance with nursing care,blood control and quality of life in elderly patients CHD and hypertension.
