中医院护士分层培训体系的建立与实施

Establishment and implementation of a stratified training system for nurses in the hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine

目的通过建立完善的中医护士分层培训体系,为中医院护士分层、分层培训、考核提供依据。方法 2015年1月—2017年12月通过建立护士分层培训组织结构、分层培训标准、分层培训目的、分层培训内容及分层培训考核标准,完善中医护士分层培训体系。结果在系统分层培训体系指导下,护士在中医基本理论、基本知识、基本技能、特色中医护理技术、中医护理科研、中医辨证思维、护理管理、教学等方面的能力均明显提高,中医护理不良事件降低。结论系统的中医护士分层培训体系有利于指导临床分层培训,强化中医护理人才队伍建设,提高护理质量。

Objective To establish a perfect stratified training system for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nurses in order to provide references for the stratification,stratified training and assessment of nurses in TCM hospitals.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,the stratified training system for TCM nurses was perfected through the establishment of nurse stratified training organizational structure,stratified training standards,objectives,content and assessment criteria.Results Under the guidance of the system stratified training system,the capabilities of nurses were improved in TCM basic theory,basic knowledge,basic skills,TCM special nursing skills,TCM nursing research,TCM syndrome differentiation,nursing management and teaching,and TCM nursing adverse events were decreased.Conclusion The systematic stratified training system for TCM nurses is conducive to guiding the training of clinical nurses,strengthening the construction of TCM nursing talents and improving the quality of nursing.
