经典方剂外敷联合红外线照射治疗分娩后会阴水肿的疗效观察

Effect of classical Chinese medicine prescriptions combined with infrared radiationin treatment of postnatal perineal edema

目的探讨经典方剂(当归贝母苦参丸合赤小豆当归散)外敷联合红外线照射对经阴道分娩后会阴水肿及疼痛的改善作用。方法选取2017年12月—2018年5月经阴道分娩行会阴侧切伴有会阴水肿的产妇64例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组分娩后采用经典方剂(当归贝母苦参丸合赤小豆当归散)外敷。观察组分娩后用经典方剂外敷联合红外线照射。在治疗24、48 h后评估会阴肿胀程度,及治疗前及治疗24、48 h后评估疼痛程度。结果观察组治疗24、48 h后会阴切口肿胀值均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。治疗48 h后2组产妇疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)较治疗前降低(P <0. 05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论经典方剂当归贝母苦参丸合赤小豆当归散外敷联合红外线照射能进一步缓解分娩后会阴水肿及会阴疼痛。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of classical Chinese medicine prescriptions combined with infrared radiation in alleviating the postnatal perineal pain and edema.Methods Totally 64 women with postnatal perineal edema after vaginal delivery were assigned to the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.In the control group,the external application of classical Chinese medicine prescriptions including Danggui (angelica sinensis) Beimu (bulb of the fritillary) Kushen (sophora flavescens) pills and Chixiaodou (phaseolus calcaratus roxb)Danggui powders were used.In the observation group,the external application of classical Chinese medicine prescriptions combined with infrared radiation treatment was carried out.The degree of perineal edema and postoperative pain were evaluated at 24 hours and 48 hours after delivery.Results Women in the observation group had a less severity of perineal edema compared with those in the control group at 24 hours and 48 hours after delivery (P<0.05).The Visual Analogue Scale on pain was degreased in both two groups at 48 hours(P<0.05),and was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The external application of classical Chinese medicine prescriptions combined withinfrared radiation therapy is effective to alleviate the postnatal perineal pain and edema.
