喉罩联合骶管阻滞麻醉在小儿尿道成形术麻醉护理中的应用

Application of laryngeal mask airway combined with sacral block anesthesia in the urethroplasty and related anesthesia nursing in children

目的探讨喉罩联合骶管阻滞麻醉在小儿尿道成形术的应用效果。方法选取上海市儿童医院2017年4月—10月行尿道成形手术患儿60例,采用随机数字表法将患儿分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),观察组采用喉罩联合骶管阻滞麻醉,对照组常规采用气管插管联合骶管阻滞麻醉方式。记录2组患儿手术时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间及术后不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组患儿术后不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论在小儿尿道成形术中应用喉罩联合骶管阻滞麻醉,可缩短患儿呼吸恢复时间和拔管时间,降低术后不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of laryngeal mask airway combined with sacral block anesthesia in urethroplasty and related anesthesia nursing in children.Methods Totally 60 children undergoing urethroplasty were selected and randomly divided into the observation group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).The endotracheal intubation combined with sacral block anesthesia was adopted in the control group,and the laryngeal mask airway combined with sacral block anesthesia was used in the observation group.The operation time,respiratory recovery time,extubation time and postoperative complications were recorded and compared between two groups.Results The respiratory recovery time and extubation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laryngeal mask and sacral block anesthesia can shorten the time of respiratory recovery and extubation in the urethroplasty in children.It may also reduce the risk of postoperative adverse reactions.
