基于同伴支持的始动性功能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响

Effect of initiating functional training under the peer support on the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia

目的评价基于同伴支持的始动性功能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法将71例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分成对照组23例、训练组24例和同伴支持训练组24例。在抗精神病药物治疗基础上,对照组采用常规护理,训练组实施始动性功能训练,同伴支持训练组实施基于同伴支持的始动性功能训练。评价干预前后3组社会功能状况。结果干预后,训练组和同伴支持训练组住院精神病人社会功能评定量表(SSPI)各项评分明显升高,但同伴支持训练组升高幅度显著大于训练组(P <0. 05);对照组干预前后SSPI各项评分未见明显变化(P> 0. 05)。结论同伴支持下的始动性功能训练可有效改善慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能状况,效果优于单纯始动性功能训练。

Objective To evaluate the effect of initiating functional training under the peer support on the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods Totally 71 patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group (n=23),training group (n=24) and peer-support training group (n=24).Based on the treatment of antipsychotics ,the patients in control group,training group and peer-support training group respectively received routine nursing,initiating functional training and initiating functional training under the peer support.The social function was evaluated among three groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,each score of scale of social skills for psychosis inpatients (SSPI) went up obviously in training group and peer-support training group,but the increased range of peer-support training group was more significant (P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in control group regarding the SSPI scores before and after intervention (P>0.05).Conclusion Initiating functional training under the peer support can effectively ameliorate the social function of patients with chronic schizophrenia,with the efficacy superior to initiating functional training alone.
