康惠尔泡沫敷料预防高危患者压疮的效果观察

Effects of Comfeel foam dressing on pressure ulcer prevention in high-risk patients

目的探讨康惠尔泡沫敷料在高危患者压疮预防中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月—2017年12月住院的115例高危压疮患者,随机分为对照组57例与观察组58例,对照组接受常规皮肤护理,给予透明敷贴、气垫床等减压装置保护;观察组在对照组的基础上对容易受压的部位预防性粘贴康惠尔泡沫敷料。观察2组压疮发生情况及皮肤舒适情况。结果观察组压疮发生率为3. 45%(2/58)低于对照组的17. 54%(10/57),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6. 112,P <0. 05)。观察组皮肤压红、皮肤压痛、皮肤灼热感的不舒适感觉发生率均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论康惠尔泡沫敷料在高危患者压疮预防中应用效果良好,有效降低患者住院期间压疮发生率,提高皮肤舒适性。

Objective To investigate the effect of Comfeel foam dressing on pressure ulcer prevention in high-risk patients. Methods Totally 115 hospitalized patients with a high-risk of pressure ulcers were randomly divided into the control group (n =57) and the observation group (n =58). Patients in both two groups received routine nursing skin care and pressure relief interventions, and those in the observation group were given Comfeel foam dressing at vulnerable areas of pressure ulcer. The pressure ulcer and skin comfort of patients were observed. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 3.45%(2/58)in the observation group and 17.54%(10/57)in the control group, with a significant difference (χ^2=6.112, P<0.05). There were fewer patients with uncomfortable feeling such as skin flush and skin tenderness compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfeel foam dressing is effective to reduce the risk of pressure ulcer and improve the skin comfort of high-risk hospitalized patients.
