摘要
目的探讨运用"三位一体"层级管理提升肿瘤专科护士岗位核心能力中的效果。方法在肿瘤专科护士的岗位设置基础上,建立以肿瘤专科护士岗位核心能力、培训内容和考核标准"三位一体"的管理模式,对不同层级的肿瘤专科护士岗位核心能力进行培训和考核。选取肿瘤专科护士106人,分为干预组和对照组,各53人。对照组采用传统管理模式,干预组采用"三位一体"的管理模式。对比2组肿瘤专科护士岗位能力考核成绩。结果干预组肿瘤专科护士的岗位能力考核成绩优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论对肿瘤专科护士采取"三位一体"的分层级管理,提高了肿瘤专科护士的岗位能力,对提高肿瘤专科护理质量具有积极意义。
Objective To investigate the application efficacy of “trinity” hierarchical management in improvement of core competency of specialized oncology nurses. Methods On the basis of post-setting for the specialized oncology nurse, a “trinity” hierarchical management consisting of core competency, training content and assessment criteria was build up for the nursing training and assessment. A total of 106 specialized oncology nurses with different hierarchical levels were divided into the intervention group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine management, and those in the intervention group were given the “trinity” hierarchical management. The assessment outcome of core competency was compared between two groups. Results Specialized oncology nurses with different hierarchical levels in the intervention group achieved higher scores of core competency assessment compared with those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of "trinity" hierarchical management is potential effective to improve the core competency of specialized oncology nurses, therefore improve the nursing quality in the oncology clinic.
