摘要
目的探讨基于中医"身心合一"理论的舒适管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月北京市某三甲医院护理工作强度大、护士离职率较高科室的护士18名,均实施基于中医"身心合一"理论的舒适管理模式,包括身体管理和心理管理,观察该模式实施前后科室护士的满意度和离职情况,以及患者的满意度和护理服务质量情况。结果与2014年相比,2015~2017年护士的满意度明显提高,离职率及身体健康状况明显改善,同时患者的满意度及优质护理质量有所提高,未见护理投诉事件发生。结论基于中医"身心合一"理论的舒适管理模式可提高护士及患者的满意度,降低护士离职率,改善护理质量。
Objective To explore the application efficacy of comfortable management mode in the nursing management in the view of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory of body-mind harmony. Methods Totally 18 nurses in the departments with high-intensity nursing and high demission rate of nurses in Beijing top three hospitals were selected from Jan., 2015 to Dec., 2017. All of them were given comfortable management mode based on the TCM theory of body-mind harmony, including physical and psychological management. The satisfactory degree and demission rate of nurses, satisfactory degree of patients and nursing service quality were observed before and after application of this mode. Results When compare with those in 2014, the satisfactory degree, demission rate and physical condition of nurses were all improved significantly from 2015 to 2017, and meanwhile the satisfactory degree of patients and high-quality nursing service were improved to some extent, and no nursing complaints occurred. Conclusion Comfortable management mode based on the TCM theory of body-mind harmony can improve the satisfactory degree of nurses and patients, decrease demission rate, and ameliorate nursing quality.
