沙苑子及其常见伪品的快速鉴别

RAPID IDENTIFICATION OF ASTRAGALI COMPLANATI SEMEN AND ITS COMMON ADULTERANTS

目的:为快速鉴别沙苑子提供科学依据。方法:性状鉴别和显微鉴别。结果:沙苑子正品和常见伪品隶属于同科,甚至有些为同科属,并且个体较小,外观性状差异不大,性状鉴别方法有一定的局限性;而显微鉴别方法则通过种皮支持细胞形态特征的比较,能够快速准确鉴别出沙苑子及其混伪品。结论:准确快速且简单经济的显微鉴别方法是鉴定沙苑子正伪品的重要鉴别手段。

Objective:Provide scientific evidence for rapid identification of Astragali Complanati Semen. Methods: Character and microscopical identification. Results: Since its common adulterants,which are affiliated to same family that it does,and even same genus within the same family,share similar size and phenotype with it,it is hard to discern by performing character identification method.While certified one could be inspected quickly and accurately from its common adulterants by comparing the testa supporting cell morpholoygy with microscopical identification method. Conclusion: Microscopical identification,which is fast,easy and economical,is the main detection and identification method to distinguish certified Astragali Complanati Semen from itscommon adulterants.
