摘要 阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种以认知功能退行性改变为主要临床表现的疾病,具有起病隐匿、早期诊断困难的特点,严重危害中老年人的身心健康,影响其生活质量。提高AD的早期识别和诊断率,尽早治疗以延缓病情发展是改善患者生活质量,减少社会、家庭负担的重要前提。脑组织中特异性表达的S100B蛋白水平可能与AD的发生发展密切相关。本文对S100B蛋白的生物学功能及其在AD中的作用进行综述,以期为AD的诊疗提供参考。 Alzheimer’s disease( AD) is a common clinical disease,and AD patients suffer from a progressive decline of cognitive functions. It is a disease characterized by insidious onset and difficult diagnosis in early stage. Many middle aged and elderly people suffered from AD and their physical,psychological health and life quality were affected. Improving the early recognition and diagnosis rate and delaying the development of AD would be of benefit to the patients on improving their life quality,reducing the burden of the society and their families. Previous studies showed that the level of specifically expressed S100 B protein in brain tissue may be closely related to the occurrence and development of AD. This article reviews the biological function of S100 B protein and its role in AD,in order to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of AD.
