大数据背景下广东农村基层治理现状分析

Analysis of the Current Situation of Rural Grassroots Governance in Guangdong in the Era of Big Data

自改革开放以来,农村基层治理一直采用村民自治的方式。随着市场经济的深入和城镇化进程的加速,农村社会的传统格局被打破,村民自治面临新的挑战,而大数据技术的发展为农村基层治理提供了新的途径。本文通过对广东省农村基层治理的现状、问题和信息化基础进行调查,发现农村基层治理处于转型期的多样化状态、农民对基层治理的参与积极性低、党组织在基层群众中的认可度不高、农民对基层治理的监督意识低等,并由此提出相应的对策建议。

After Chinese reform and opening up, villager autonomy was the main method of rural grassroots management. However, with the deepening of market economy and the acceleration of urbanization process, the traditional pattern of rural society has been broken and villager autonomy will face to new challenges. Meanwhile, the development of big data technology has provided a new way for rural grassroots management. In this paper, the current situation, problems and information fundation of rural grassroots management in Guangdong province are investigated. and some suggestion are put forward.
