摘要
依托某拱坝工程,根据坝址气候条件、拱坝坝顶垫座结构特征,分析其稳定温度场,进而研究了该垫座混凝土的温度控制标准。参考该拱坝坝体混凝土的温控措施,研究了该垫座混凝土满足防裂要求的温控措施方案。采用三维有限元法,对该垫座混凝土的温度场、温度应力进行了仿真分析,提出了较为合理的温度控制标准及温控防裂措施,为该拱坝垫座混凝土温控设计提供理论依据,并给类似工程垫座混凝土的温控设计、施工提供参考。
The paper deals with the study of cushion concrete temperature control standards of an arch dam by analysis of its stable temperature field according to the dam site climate conditions and the characteristics of the arch dam crest cushion structure.The paper studied the temperature control measures which meet the crack resistance requirement of the cushion concrete based on the temperature control measures of the arch dam body concrete.The3D finite element method was used to carry out simulation analysis of both temperature field and temperature stress of the cushion concrete,and then the rational temperature control standards and the temperature control crack-resistant measures were put forward,which provides the theoretical basis for design of the cushion concrete temperature control of the arch dam and gives a reference to design and construction of cushion concrete temperature control of similar projects.
