基于IPA法的农村土地整治社会影响评价研究

Research on social impact assessment of rural land consolidation based on farmers' perspective

以江苏省盐城市盐都区5个镇域为研究对象,结合IPA法构建农村土地整治社会影响评价体系.结果表明:研究区农户总体期望值高于满意度,4个准则层社会经济影响、社会环境影响、社会互适应影响、自然环境和生态影响19个指标满意度均小于重要度.采用IPA四象限法计算得到优势区域7项指标因子,修补区域2项指标因子,机会区域6项指标因子,维持区域4项指标因子.

Farmers' satisfaction is very important for the study of rural land consolidation. Combines the IPA quadrant method, construct a social impact assessment system for rural land consolidation. From the research of five towns in Yandu District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Have the following conclusions:(1) The overall study area, 19 indicators from 4 criteria layers, which are social economy influence, social environment influence, social interoperable influence, natural environment and ecology influence,farmers have the higher expectation than satisfaction.(2) IPA quadrant method calculates the seven index factors in the dominant region, the two index factors in the patching area, the six index factors in the opportunity area, and the four index factors in the maintenance area.
