摘要
总承包企业为了实现盈利目标,就要合理组织成本管理工作,通过对其进行有效管理,实现国际工程总承包企业自身素质的全面提高和可持续发展。论文从狭义的成本控制角度,重点从人工费,材料费(包括永久性工程的设备),施工机械费,以及项目管理人员费等方面对国际总承包工程施工项目成本控制存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的措施。
In order to achieve the profit goal, the general contracting enterprises should organize cost management reasonably, and through effective management, realize the comprehensive improvement of the quality of the international general contracting enterprise and its sustainable development. From the narrow point of view of cost control, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost control of international general contracting project from the aspects of the cost of labour, materials (including equipment for permanent works), construction machinery, and project management staff and so on, and puts forward some countermeasures.
