大学生已经成为了当今社会各个行业中的主力军,也是我国经济发展与社会发展的主要动力,但是,仍然有很大一部分90后大学生出现就业问题,这就导致我国的劳动力出现不足的现象,同时,也会导致很多高能力、高素质的人才无法就业,这也成为了我国社会发展需要解决的主要问题之一。因此,论文主要对90后大学生就业观的特点与优化对策进行研究,希望能够有效地解决90后大学生的就业问题。

College students have become the main force in all sectors of society and the main driving force of economic and social development in China. However, there are still a large number of post-90s college students who have employment problems, which leads to the shortage of labor force in our country. At the same time, it will also lead to many high-capacity students and high-quality talents can not be employed, which has become one of the main problems to be solved in the development of our society. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the characteristics and optimization countermeasures of the employment concept of post-90s college students, hoping to effectively solve the employment problem of post-90s college students.
