我国电力企业的企业伦理实现困境研究

Research on the Dilemma of Realizing Enterprise Ethics in China's Electric Power Enterprises

企业伦理由各种指导企业行为的原则、价值、规范组成,它是一把标尺,在调整企业内部及外部关系中具有重要作用。然而,在电力企业的实际经营中,企业伦理的实现阻碍重重,主要有利益、市场与制度这三大方面的阻碍因素。电力企业要想有效实现企业伦理,就要结合电力行业的特点,将阻碍因素逐一突破。

Enterprise ethics consists of principles, values and norms that guide enterprise behavior. It is a ruler and plays an important role in adjusting the internal and external relations of enterprises. However, in the actual operation of power enterprises, the realization of enterprise ethics is hindered by a lot of obstacles, which mainly include three aspects of the interests, the market and the system. If power enterprises want to realize enterprise ethics effectively, they need to break through the obstacles one by one in combination of the characteristics of electric power industry.
