江苏两所高校材料科学文献计量分析比较及其对策研究

Bibliometric Analysis and Comparison of Material Science and in Two Universities Jiangsu Countermeasures

为了提高高校材料学科的国际竞争力,提升ESI学科国际排位,根据WOS平台的客观数据,运用Incites、ESI评价分析工具,对江苏两所高校材料学科2006.01-2016.11期间ESI论文被引频次与阈值、发文量及其趋势、CNCI、引文影响力、论文被引百分比、国际合作论文、高被引论文、热点论文等文献计量学指标进行统计,同时将部分指标与全球基准值进行比较分析。通过分析可以总结出提升材料学科发展水平的切实可行的诸多对策:增加发文量,提高论文影响力,拓宽合作渠道,调高合作论文和高被引论文比例,关注院系贡献,引进国外优质数字资源等。这些措施不仅适用于文中涉及的高校,而且对双一流建设进程中的高校都有积极的借鉴意义。

In order to improve the international competitiveness of material science in Colleges and universities and enhance the international ranking of ESI disciplines,based on the objective data of WOS platform,this paper compares and analyzes the frequency and threshold of ESI papers cited in material science of two universities in Jiangsu Province from 200601 to 201611 by using Incites and ESI evaluation and analysis tools.Bibliometric indicators such as ESI papers’ citation frequency,threshold value,publication volume and trend,CNCI,citation impact,citation percentage of papers,international cooperation papers,highly cited papers,hot papers and so on were compared with global benchmarks.On this basis,this paper focuses on a number of practical counter measures to improve the development level of material science:increasing the number of papers,improving the influence of papers,broadening the channels of cooperation,increasing the proportion of cooperative papers and highly cited papers,paying attention to the contributions of colleges and departments,and introducing foreign high-quality digital resources.These measures are not only applicable to the universities mentioned above,but also have positive reference value to the universities in the process of constructing worldclass universities and world-class disciplines.
