上海市历史文化名城保护工作浅析

Preliminary Analysis about the Protection Work of the Historical and Cultural Cities in Shanghai

上海市非常重视历史文化名城保护工作,硕果累累,可以称得上是“上海模式”。本文从城市总体规划思路与名城保护理念的高度融合、建立完善高效的历史文化名城保护体制机制、构建适应上海历史文化和城市特色的历史文化名城保护体系、形成先进的保护理念和完善的法律法规体系四个方面对上海的名城保护工作先进经验进行了简要总结,对其目前尚存在的主要问题做出了相关梳理,并就下一步工作提出了系列建议。

The protection work of the historical and cultural cities in Shanghai has been carried out, which achieved gratifying successes, and can be called the “Shanghai model”. This paper brief ly summarizes the advanced experience of Shanghai’s protection of historical and cultural cities from four aspects, includes the highly integrated of urban master planning with the protection concept about historical and cultural cities, establishing a well-developed and efficient system for protecting historical and cultural cities, constructing a protection system that is suitable for Shanghai’s historical culture and urban characteristics, forming advanced protection concept and sound regulations system. The main existing problems are sorted out and a series of suggestions are put forward for the next step.
