上海市片区层面城市更新策略研究——以上海张江西北片区单元为例

Research on Urban Renewal Strategy at District Level in Shanghai -Taking the Unit in Zhangjiang Northwest District in Shanghai as an Example

本文以张江西北片区单元为典型案例对上海市片区层面的城市更新策略进行研究,梳理出概念引领、分期安排、重点优先等片区层面城市更新策略要点,明确多方沟通协调、贯穿更新规划始终的落实推进机制,总结相关经验为上海市片区层面城市更新机制完善工作提供参考。

Taking the northwest district unit of Zhangjiang as a typical case, this paper studies the urban renewal strategy at the district level of Shanghai, combs out the key points of urban renewal strategy at the district level, such as concept guidance, staging arrangement and priority. This paper clarifies the implementation and promotion mechanism of multi-party communication and coordination throughout the renewal plan, and summarizes the relevant experience to provide reference for the improvement of urban renewal mechanism at the district level in Shanghai.
