蚌埠市新三板企业研发投入对企业绩效的影响研究

Research on the Impact of R&D Input on the Performance of New Three Board Enterprises in Bengbu City

利用蚌埠市上市及新三板企业2014-2016年的样本数据,对企业研发投入与绩效的相关性进行实证检验。研究结果表明,蚌埠市上市(新三板)企业的研发投入水平较高,但并未对企业绩效起到明显的促进作用,企业应坚持创新投入,并注重投资效益,使技术进步的经济效益在长期中得以显现。

Based on the sample data of Bengbu listed companies and new third board companies from 2014 to 2016,it empirically tests the correlation between R&D investment and performance in the paper.The results show that the R&D investment level of listed companies in Bengbu is high,but it does not play a significant role in promoting enterprise performance.Enterprises should adhere to innovation investment,and pay attention to the investment benefits,so that the economic benefits of technological progress can be seen in the long run.
