传统书院是赓续中华传统文化的重要载体,是当今青少年了解国家的传统教育、历史文化的重要途径。位于中原地区的花洲书院是河南省重点文物保护单位,以"忧乐精神"的弘扬闻名于世。新时代传统书院的转型是传统书院与时俱进的现实需要,花洲书院的新时代转型要加强书院文化内涵的发掘与研究、积极培养书院产业化经营人才,构建传统文化的多渠道传播路径,以中部崛起战略为契机,复兴传统书院的生机与活力。

Traditional academies are an important carrier of Chinese traditional culture and significant approach for adolescents to learn about national traditional education and historical culture.Located in central China,Huazhou Academy is a key cultural relic protection unit in Henan Province,which has long been famous all over the world for its“spirit of suffering and cheerfulness”.In this context,the transformation of traditional academies in the new era is a realistic need for traditional academies to keep pace with the times.Therefore,the transformation of Huazhou Academy in the new era should enhance the mining and researching of cultural connotations,actively cultivate industrial management talents,create multi-channel communication paths and therefore revitalize the vitality of traditional academies by virtue of rising strategies of central China.
