居民节水行为与节水型社区建设探析

Residents' Water-saving Behaviors and the Construction of Water-saving Community

节水型社区建设是构建节水型社会、节约型社会的基本着眼点和出发点,也是社会主义生态文明建设的必然要求。其顺利开展和实施有赖于居民用水行为合理化程度的不断加深。本文尝试性地以居民节水行为为突破点,深入分析西部Y市节水型社区建设的囿限因素,进而为建设合理有效的节水型社会提供基础理论及实践素材。研究结果表明:居民的社区节水意识有待提高;社区节水制度规范须要进一步健全、完善;社区节水文化资源尚须充分利用;社区组织功能须要不断强化。

The construction of water-saving community is the basic and starting point of building water-saving and conservation-oriented society,which is also inevitable requirement of socialist ecological civilization construction.Its successful development and implement depend on the intensifying rationalization degree of residents’water-using behaviors.This research attempts to deeply analyze the restrictive factors of water-saving community construction,as supplies the fundamental theory and practical material in some sense for the rational and effi cient water-saving society construction.The study shows the water-saving consciousness of community residents needs to be intensifi ed,the watersaving community institution and regulation should be further improved and completed,cultural resources should be used suffi ciently,the functions of community organizations need to be continuously strengthened.
