摘要
当前贵州省本科层次小学全科教师培养尚处于探究的初级阶段。目前存在的问题从学校内部看,主要是学院层面上人才培养目标落实难,人才质量保证难;教师层面上教育教学中的不作为、教学执行中的观念陈旧、教学效果中的实效性低。结合问题成因与现有条件,通过学习取经与自主发展结合、优化人才培养方案及有效开展教育教学活动等举措可以使所述问题得到较好解决。
At present,the cultivation in undergraduate stage of general teachers for primary schools in Gui-zhou province is still in the initial stage of inquiry.There are two problems in the cultivation of general teachersin primary schools.From the inside of the school,it is mainly difficult to implement the talent training objec-tives and the quality of talents is difficult to guarantee.From the teacher level,it is the teacher’s inaction in edu-cation and teaching,the obsolete concept in teaching execution and the low effectiveness in teaching effect.Con-sidering the cause of the problem and the existing conditions,the problem can be solved better by measuressuch as combining learning and self-development,optimizing the talent training program and effectively carry-ing out education and teaching activities.
