新工科背景下软件技术专业协同育人模式探究

为了缓解人才教育供给与产业需求的重大结构性矛盾,在职业教育供给侧结构性改革和新工科建设理念指导下,软件技术专业与传统专业进行深度交叉融合,实施"政产学研用"任务式校企协同育人模式创新。进而实现"政产学研"协同、学科协同、专业协同、创新创业协同等协同体制机制建设与实践,从而培养复合型、创新创业型、高素质、高技能的高职毕业生。最终,解决"结构性失业"的现状和实现学生就业的零对接。

To ease the talent education supply and industrial demand major structural contradiction,underthe guidance of professional education supply-side structural reform and new engineering discipline’s construc-tion concept,the software technology major and the traditional profession carry on the deep cross-fusion andthe innovation of the cooperative education mode of "government,industry,school,company and integration".Further more,we can realize the construction and practice of the collaborative system mechanism,such as "gov-ernment,industry,school and company" collaboration,discipline collaboration,major collaboration,innovationand entrepreneurship collaboration,etc.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate high vocational college graduateswho are complex,innovative,entrepreneurial,high-quality and highly skilled.Finally,we will solve the currentsituation of "structural unemployment" and realize the zero-docking of students’ employment.
