贵州省本科高校图书馆图书捐赠服务研究

Study on the books donation service of undergraduate university library in Guizhou

通过网络调研贵州省21所本科高校图书馆的图书捐赠服务基本情况,发现贵州省本科高校图书馆对图书捐赠服务重视度不够,在捐赠服务工作的捐赠制度建设、捐赠宣传推广、捐赠反馈以及与捐赠者交互等方面存在严重不足。基于此提出改进建议,以期为高校图书馆捐赠服务提供参考。

An e-research on the fundamental information of the books donation service in 21 undergraduate university libraries in Guizhou was done. It found that the undergraduate university libraries of Guizhou prov-ince do not pay enough attention to the book donation service. There were serious deficiencies in the donation system construction, donation publicity and promotion, donation feedback and interaction with donors. In order to provide reference for the donation service of university libraries, some suggestions for improvement were put forward in this paper.
