摘要
为了解护士长的管理水平,笔者对吉林市211名护士长进行了问卷调查。调查结果表明护士长管理能力有待提高,有关部门应给护士长创建在职学习和继续教育的机会和平台,来提高护士长的学历水平和加强护理理论和管理理论的学习,从而推动护士长管理尽快走向规范化轨道,以适应新时期医疗卫生改革发展形势下的管理需求。
In order to understand the management level of head nurses,author conducted a questionnaire survey among 211 head nurses in jilin city.Survey results show that the head nurse management ability needs to improve,relevant departments should give the matron of on-the-job learning and continuing education opportunities and platforms to improve the level of the head nurse education and strengthening the nursing theory and the study of the theory of management,so as to promote the head nurse management standardized track, as soon as possible to adapt to the new era, under the situation of health care reform, development and management requirements.
