摘要
人才培养对高校教育教学、办学定位、课程设置等提出了内在规定性。其培养目标、培养途径和质量规格成为一个专业的立足之地和品牌特色。做为典型的民族地区师范院校和率先进行"高校转型"的示范专业,培养具有地区民族特色的"蒙汉"双语幼儿教师成为专业发展的主题。在高校转型的大背景下深刻剖析民族地区"蒙汉双语"幼儿教师职前培养存在的问题,提出适切的解决方案和对策。
The core of college education for its"personnel training","personnel training"for higher education teaching,school orientation,curriculum set forth the inherent requirements.The training objectives,training methods and quality specifications become a foothold and distinctive markers of the program.How to cultivate the"Mongolian and Han"bilingual kindergarten teachers with regional ethnic characteristics has become an unavoidable topic for a teacher-education college in a typical ethnic minority region.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the pre-service training of Mongolian-Chinese bilingual preschool teachers in ethnic areas and puts forward appropriate solutions.
