The balance between urban and rural education is an important foundation of social equity and a major issue of people's livelihood.Focusing on the reality gap between urban and rural school education resources allocation and offering urban and rural students equal opportunities to basic education services become the common concern and beautiful vision of the whole society.Beautiful rural construction requires fair and quality education to make sure no rural school fall behind.To this end,the equalization of urban and rural educational resource allocation in the primary school stage of compulsory education is selected as a sample to guide the targeted study of the equal resource allocation of the entire compulsory education,to explain its crux,to reconcile and allocate balanced quality education resources strategies.Those efforts can cultivate the whole subject teachers,supplement special post teachers,promote the rational flow of urban and rural teachers,resolve the ecological imbalance of rural education,implement the strategy of promoting the balance of urban and rural education resources,and realize the initial intention and value of the fair education in building a well-off society.
