摘要
目的了解医务人员、患者及其家属对医院临床用血的满意程度,掌握医务人员和患者或患者家属对血液质量和服务质量的需求。方法通过定量和定性相结合的方法对临床科室医护人员和2017年在本院接受治疗并进行输血的患者及家属用血满意情况进行调查分析。结果"血液提供的及时性"满意占比最高,为100.0%;"血液提供的满足率"最低,为82.4%;对于工作人员态度满意情况,医护人员和患者或患者家属满意占比差异具有统计学意义。结论该医院在临床用血管理方面取得较好的成绩,满意度较高;基层输血科加强了无偿献血知识的宣传力度,增加与其他医院输血科、菏泽中心血站的合作和交流;加强医疗机构临床用血相关知识的培训,改善服务态度。
Objective To understand the satisfaction degree of doctors,patients and patients' family members to the hospital's clinical blood use, and to master their needs for blood quality and service quality. Methods Quantitative and qualitative methods were used to survey and analyze the satisfaction degree of doctors, patients and patients' family members to clinical blood use. Results "Timeliness of blood supply" accounted for the highest proportion with 100.0%;"Blood supply satisfaction rate" accounted for the lowest proportion with 82.4%; The satisfaction degree of doctors, patients and patients' family members had statistically significant difference. Conclusion The hospital has achieved good results in the management of clinical blood use. The basic blood transfusion department has strengthened the publicity of blood donation without compensation and increased the cooperation and exchange with other blood transfusion departments of hospitals and Heze blood stations center. The department has strengthen the training of the related knowledge of clinical blood use and improve the service quality.
