摘要
石油醚、乙酸乙酯作为萃取剂,利用聚酰胺凝胶柱分离,乙醇/水梯度洗脱以分离丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza),得到丹参酮ⅡA.所得到的产物经过核磁共振谱(1H NMR、13C NMR)确证了结构,并经薄层色谱(TLC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析,显示其纯度达到93%以上.本研究提供了一种高效的丹参酮ⅡA的提取分离方法,具有提取率高、成本低、安全可靠等优点,也为其他药用植物有效成分的分离提供参考.
In this study,petroleum ether and ethyl acetate were used as extraction agents,and polyamide column chromatography was used to separate tanshinone ⅡA using ethanol/water as eluting solvents.TLC, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR,HPLC analysis revealed that the purity of the extracted tanshinone ⅡA was over 93%.Above all,this study provides a highly efficient extraction and separation method for tanshinone ⅡA which displayed a series of advantages including higher yield,lower cost,higher safety and reliability,etc.And it also provides a new approach for purification of other active ingredients from medicinal plants.
