摘要
目前,医患关系复杂,医患之间缺乏有效沟通,相互不理解,导致矛盾加剧。如何提高医学生的沟通技能,以及建立一个合理的考核制度,这是解决医患关系问题的重要环节。该文以医患沟通教育的现状为背景,以医学生医患沟通能力培养和评价为研讨对象,借鉴国内外经验,就如何全方位提高医学生医患沟通能力的问题提出医患沟通教育改进措施,为深化临床医学教育改革实践,全面提高临床教学水平提供理论依据和实践参考。
At present, the relationship between doctors and patients is complex, and lacking of communication and mutual understanding between doctors and patients leads to increased conflict. How to improve the communication skills of medical students and establish a reasonable assessment system is an important part of solving the problems of doctors and patients. This article takes the current situation of doctor-patient communication education as the background, takes the medical students’ ability of communication between doctors and patients as the object of study, draws on domestic and foreign experience, and puts forward measures to improve medical students’ ability of communication between doctors and patients. It provides theoretical basis and practical reference for deepening the reform of clinical medicine education and comprehensively improving the level of clinical teaching.
