Documents about strengthening the party construction in public hospitals issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has pointed out the direction regarding the party construction in public hospitals in the new era. This paper analyzed the key problems of party construction in public hospitals, introduced the major methods and effectiveness in practice of our hospital, meanwhile, put forward several suggestions on how to promote this work.
