X线造影在食道癌并发食道瘘的诊断中的应用

Application of X-ray in Diagnosis of Esophagus Cancer complicated with Esophageal Fistula

目的:探讨X线造影在进展期食道癌并发食道瘘的诊断中的应用。方法:选取某医院收治的食道癌并发食道瘘患者26例,进行回顾性研究,观察X线造影检查中不同类型食道瘘的影像表现。结果:在26例食道瘘中,食道-纵隔瘘15例,食道-气管瘘11例,其中术后吻合口并发瘘5例。结论:X线造影能及时准确地诊断不同类型的食道瘘,为临床治疗提供可靠的资料依据,且为不同的治疗方法提供可靠的疗效评价。

Objective:To explore the application of X-ray in diagnosis of advanced esophagus cancer complicated with esophageal fistula.Method: A total of 26 cases with esophagus cancer complicated with esophageal fistula, who were treated in hospital, were enrolled for the retrospective study. X-ray findings of different types of esophagus fistula were observed. Results: In the 26 esophageal fistula cases, there were 15 cases with esophagus-mediastinum fistula, 11 cases with esophagus-trachea fistula, including 5 cases with postoperative compilation of anastomotic stoma fistula. Conclusion: X-ray can be used to diagnose different types of esophageal fistula timely and accurately, and provides reliable data basis for clinical treatment as well as reliable evaluation of different therapies for their therapeutic effects.
