前交叉韧带重建术中股骨外髁内侧壁成型效果观察

Effect of medial lateral wall of lateral femoral condyle in anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction

目的:观察前交叉韧带重建术中股骨外髁内侧壁成型效果。方法:在某医院医学试验伦理委员会批准下采用随机数字表法将收入的80例前交叉韧带损伤患者分为对照组(单纯接受关节镜下前交叉韧带重建术治疗)及观察组(同时行股骨外髁内侧壁成型)各40例,随访1年时间,对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果:术前两组患者膝关节疼痛评分、膝关节活动度、稳定性指标差异无统计学意义,术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月均较术前明显改善,组内及组间相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在前交叉韧带重建术中应用股骨外髁内侧壁成型可取得更为理想的疗效,且安全性高,值得推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) on medial lateral wall of lateral condyle of femur.Methods:40 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury received were divided into four groups with the approval of the Ethics Committee of Medical trial of Hospital. There were 20 cases in the control group and 20 cases in the observation group in which the medial wall of the lateral condyle of femur was formed simultaneously. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 1 year follow-up.Results: There was no significant difference in knee joint pain score, knee joint motion, and stability index between the two groups before surgery. The postoperative one-month, three-month, six-month, and 12-month stays were significantly better than before surgery. Compared with the groups, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of femoral lateral malleolus in the reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament can achieve better efficacy and safety, and it is worthy of promotion.
