不同鼻饲法在ICU患者临床护理中的应用价值分析

Application value of different nasal feeding methods in clinical nursing of ICU patients

目的:探讨不同鼻饲法在ICU患者临床护理过程中的应用价值。方法:针对医院ICU93例患者作为观察对象,采用随机分组的方式将其分成两组,常规组46例ICU患者实施注射器分次鼻饲护理,治疗组47例ICU患者实施营养泵持续鼻饲护理,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:治疗组ICU患者护理后的鼻饲并发症发生率(8.51%)明显低于常规组ICU患者(32.61%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且两组ICU患者护理后的血清总蛋白水平及血清白蛋白水平差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对ICU患者在临床护理过程中实施营养泵持续鼻饲的应用价值较高,可以促进患者预后。

Objective:To analyze the application value of different nasal feeding methods in the clinical nursing of ICU patients. Methods: 93 cases of ICU patients in hospital were divided into two groups by random grouping. 46 cases of ICU patients in the routine group were given syringes and nasal feeding nursing, and 47 cases of ICU patients in the treatment group were given continuous nasal feeding nursing by nutrition pump, and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results: the incidence of nasal feeding complications after nursing in the treatment group(8.51%) was significantly lower than that of the conventional group ICU(32.61%), two groups compared with P=0.004, and the serum total protein level and serum albumin level of two groups of ICU patients were significantly different(P<0.05), statistically significant. Conclusion: for patients with ICU, the continuous application of continuous feeding by nutritional pump in clinical nursing is of high value and can promote the prognosis of patients.
