摘要
目的:探讨全程人文关怀式护理在EMR中的应用体会。方法:将医院行EMR的96例患者分成观察组和对照组,每组48例,分别采用全程人文关怀式护理和常规护理,观察护理结果。结果:两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、VAS、术中副损伤、一次性手术成功率,认知度评分、SAS、并发症率、护理质量评分、护理满意度等指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对EMR患者采用全程人文关怀式护理,能促进手术进程,加快患者术后康复,提高临床护理质量。
Objective:To explore the application of whole process humanistic care in EMR. Method: 96 cases of EMR performed in Hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each group were given full-course humanistic care nursing and routine nursing respectively, and the nursing results were observed. Results: There were significant differences between the two groups in operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, VAS, intraoperative side injury, one-time operation success rate, cognition score, SAS, complication rate, nursing quality score and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05). Conclusion: Humanistic care for EMR patients can promote the operation process, accelerate postoperative rehabilitation and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
