外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床护理效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Nursing Effect of External Fixator in Treating Tibial Fractures

目的:探讨外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折患者实施综合护理的临床效果。方法:将来医院接受治疗的88例胫腓骨骨折患者选为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,每组44例患者。两组患者均给予外固定架治疗,对照组患者实施常规护理,实验组患者实施综合护理,统计比较两组患者骨折愈合效果、下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率。结果:实验组患者骨折愈合优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外固定架治疗胫腓骨骨折患者实施综合护理的临床效果更加确切,可加快患者骨折愈合,临床应用价值非常高。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of external fixation for the treatment of tibial fractures in the implementation of comprehensive nursing.Methods: Eighty-eight patients with tibial fractures who were treated in hospital were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. There were 44 patients in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with external fixator. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care. Patients in the experimental group were treated with comprehensive care. The effect of fracture healing, time of ambulation, time for fracture healing, and incidence of complications were statistically compared between the two groups. Results: The excellent rate of fracture healing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The time of ambulation and fracture healing of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The clinical effect of external fixation in the treatment of tibial fracture patients with integrated nursing is more accurate, and it can accelerate the fracture healing of patients. The clinical application value is very high.
