评判性思维教学法在骨科护理临床教学中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探索评判性思维教学法在骨科护理临床教学中的运用。方法:选取实习学生106人,随机分为观察组53人和对照组53人,分别运用评判性思维教学法和常规护理教学,教学前后对学生采用加利福利亚评判性思维倾向量表中文版(CTDI-CV)进行评判。结果:对照组和观察组护理实习生教学前CTDI-CV评分分别为(218.5±47.8)分和(222.3±48.6)分,差异无统计学意义(P=0.189)。教学后两组CTDI-CV评分为(275.6±28.1)分和(332.3±18.9)分,两组间评分差异具有统计学意义(P=0.017)。评判性思维教学法教学后观察组评分明显优于对照组。结论:评判性思维教学法运用于骨科临床教学,有利于提高护理实习生的实际工作能力和综合素质的提高,值得临床教学推广。 Objective:To detect the clinical effect and experience of critical thinking ability used in nursing teaching of orthopaedics. Methods:106 nursing students were enrolled and randomly divided into intervention group(critical thinking ability) and control group(routine nursing teaching). Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese version(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the results. Results:The CTDI-CV in intervention group and control group were 218.5±47.8 and 222.3±48.6 before teaching. And the CTDI-CV in intervention group and control group were 275.6±28.1 and 332.3±18.9 after teaching. The intervention group had higher CTDI-CV, and a significant difference was found between groups. Conclusions: The critical thinking ability is useful to clinical teaching of Orthopaedics, which improve the practical working ability and comprehensive quality. It is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
