摘要
目的:探讨PBL在一对一麻醉科护理带教中的应用。方法:选择护理实习生46名作为本次研究对象,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各23人,对照组按照传统的一对一带教模式,实验组在此基础上结合PBL教学方法。两组护生在科室实习结束后进行理论和实践考试,并对其进行护理教学方法满意度和主观能动性问卷调查。结果:实验组护士的理论成绩和实践成绩得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组护士对教学方法的满意度评分和主观能动性评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将PBL融入一对一带教模式中,可有效提高麻醉科护理带教的教学成果,提高护生的主观能动性和满意度。
Objective:To explore the application of PBL in nursing teaching of one-to-one anesthesia department.Methods:46 nursing interns were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group, 23 in each group. The control group was taught according to the traditional oneto-one teaching mode, and the experimental group was combined with PBL teaching method on this basis. After the undergraduate internship, the two groups of nursing students took theoretical and practical examinations, and carried out questionnaires on the satisfaction of nursing teaching methods and subjective initiative.Results:The theoretical and practical scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction score and subjective initiative score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The integration of PBL into one-to-one teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching results of nursing teaching in anesthesiology department and improve the subjective initiative and satisfaction of nursing students.
