实习前医学生临终关怀态度和死亡态度相关性分析

Associations Between medical students' before clinical internship Attitudes Toward Death and hospice caring

目的:了解实习前医学生的死亡态度和临终关怀态度现状并分析其相关性。方法:使用一般资料问卷、中文版佛罗梅尔特临终关怀态度B量表、死亡态度描绘量表修订版对435名实习前医学生生进行调查。结果:实习前医学生的临终关怀态度与死亡态度各维度得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:实习前医学生的临终关怀态度和死亡态度较为积极,二者显著相关,学校应加强医学生死亡教育,以促进其临终关怀态度向积极的方向发展。

Objective:To investigate the status of attitude toward hospice care and death in medical students before clinical internship then to explore the relationship between them. Methods: Totally 435 medical students before clinical internship were investigated with the demographic information questionnaire, and Frommelt Attitude Toward Care of Dying B(FATCOB-B),Death Attitude Profile-Revised(DAP-R). Results: hospice care attitude and death attitude were significant correlated(P<0.01).Conclusion: medical students before clinical internship show positive attitude toward hospice care and death.it is necessary to strengthen death education for medical students before clinical internship so as to promote their attitude toward hospice care.
