摘要
铁矿物料水分在线精确检测是钢铁工业一直面临的技术难题,由此造成生产过程水分不能自动控制,影响了作业率和能效水平。基于微波与铁矿物料,特别是与水的强耦合作用能力,采用微波作为加热手段,能够实现铁矿物料的快速干燥,再通过高精度传感器测量出干燥前后的变化量,从而求出物料的水分值。工程应用结果表明,该微波水分仪可以连续在线工作、运行稳定、安全可靠,并且具有快速精确测水功能。
The on-line moisture content accurate detection of iron ore materials has been facing technical problems in steel manufacture, which leads to non-automatic control of moisture content in production process and consequently influences the operating rate and energy efficiency level. Based on the strong coupling ability of microwave to iron ore materials, especially to water, it is possible to achieve rapid dewatering for iron ore materials by microwave drying. Through the amount change of water before and after drying measured by high-precision sensor, the moisture content of materials can be calculated. A microwave moisture instrument can complete the above measuring process. Engineering application results show that the microwave moisture instrument is stable, safe and reliable, and it can work online continuously, realizing quick and precise moisture measuring.
