烟梗微波膨胀与氮气处理工艺结合对烟梗制品填充性能的影响

摘要 由于传统微波膨胀烟梗存在回缩现象,需贮存1~3个月才能投入后序加工,限制了微波膨梗的应用和发展,而氮气处理技术只需几分钟即可消除回缩现象。本文将微波膨梗与氮气处理的工艺参数进行结合调整,探讨这两者对烟梗制品填充性能的影响。结果表明,烟梗膨胀率越高,填充性能越好;高膨胀率的气体介质微波膨胀技术与氮气处理相结合有利于提高烟梗的填充性能。 Because of the retraction phenomenon, the traditional microwave expanded tobacco stem needs to be stored for 1~3 months before it can be put into sequential processing, which limits the application and development of it. The nitrogen treatment technology only takes a few minutes to eliminate the retraction phenomenon. In this paper, the effects of microwave expansion and nitrogen treatment on filling performance of tobacco stem products were studied by combining adjustment of their technical parameters. The results showed that the higher the expansion rate of tobacco stem, the better the filling performance; and the combination of microwave expansion technology with high expansion rate and nitrogen treatment is conducive to improve the filling performance of tobacco stem.
