碳钢在CO_2捕集系统中的腐蚀性研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了单乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)和羟乙基乙二胺(AEEA)的水溶液和乙醇溶液捕集CO_2过程中对碳钢的腐蚀。实验结果表明:AEEA溶液的腐蚀性最强,DEA溶液基本无腐蚀性;醇胺水溶液的腐蚀性远大于醇胺乙醇溶液;醇胺水溶液吸收CO_2后腐蚀性明显加强,而醇胺乙醇溶液在吸收CO_2后腐蚀性不变。结合溶剂对于CO_2的吸收性能,挑选出吸收性能高、对设备腐蚀程度低的溶剂。 In this paper,the corrosion of carbon steels in capturing CO2 from monoethanolamine (MEA),two-ethanol (DEA) and hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine (AEEA) aqueous solution and ethanol solution was investigated mainly.Experimental results show that,the AEEA solution has the strongest corrosivity and the DEA solution is basically non-corrosiveness;the corrosivity of alcohol amine aqueous solution is much larger than that of the ethanolamine;after absorpting CO2,the alcohol amine aqueous solution’s corrosivity is obviously strengthened and that of the ethanol amine solution is still stable.Having solvent’s absorption of CO2 considered to select solvents with high absorption performance and low corrosion.
