摘要
输电能力是电网重要性能指标,评估和提升输电能力是电网规划和运行阶段共同关注的重点。约束输电能力的因素众多,针对其中的稳定性约束,提出了输电能力的定义,梳理了约束输电能力的稳定形态及其典型场景,指出了考核标准及适用评估方法并分析了主要影响因素,厘清了规划与运行两个阶段输电能力评估结论产生差异的原因;从改善电网固有属性以及提升电网特性认知水平两个方面,提出了提升电网输电能力的措施。
Transmission capacity is an important performance index of the power grid,which is the key point of tlie grid planning and operation stage.There are many conditions to constraint capacity,the definition of transmission capacity is proposed,which is based on the constraint of power grid stability.The constrained stability forms and typical scene are combed and then the assessment criteria and the applicable evaluation method are pointed out and main influencing factors are analyzed.On this basis,the reasons for the difference of transmission capacity evaluation between the two stages of planning and operation are clarified.Finally,the measures to improve the transmission capacity of power grid are proposed from two aspects: improving the inherent properties power grid and improving the cognitive level of the characteristics of the power grid.
