微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸的效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月该院行口腔正畸治疗的120例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,分别采用微型种植体支抗正畸治疗、传统正畸治疗。比较两组治疗后口腔临床指标、治疗成功率、并发症发生率;两组患者治疗前后上切牙前颅平面角(U1-SN),蝶鞍中心、鼻根点和上齿槽座点构成的角(SNA),下切牙下颌平面角(L1-MP),蝶鞍中心、鼻根点和下齿槽座点构成的角(SNB),上齿槽座点、鼻根点和下齿槽座点构成的角(ANB)。结果观察组磨牙移位、上中切牙凸距差、上中切牙唇倾角差指标均明显小于对照组,治疗后U1-SN、SNA、ANB明显小于对照组,L1-MP、SNB明显大于对照组,并发症发生率(6.7%)明显低于对照组(20.0%),治疗成功率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(81.7%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸效果满意,具有创伤小、操作简便、支抗稳定等优点。
