无功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤9例诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(pNENs)是起源于胰腺神经内分泌细胞,以过量分泌不同激素和肽类物质为特征的一组异质性罕见肿瘤,仅占所有胰腺肿瘤的1%~2%[1]。根据临床有无激素相关症状,该病分为功能性和无功能性两大类,其中无功能性胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(NF-pNENs)缺乏特异症状及检验学指标,难以早期诊断。笔者回顾NF-pNENs9例资料,探讨其临床特点、影像表现及诊治措施,以提高对该病的诊治水平。
