乡镇农业竞争力要素空间特征与分类发展研究——以浙江省为例

Research on the spatial characteristics and classification development of competitiveness of township agriculture:Taking Zhejiang Province as an example

提升乡镇农业竞争力是解决"农村、农业、农民"问题的关键,分类发展是提升农业竞争力的最佳发展路径。运用乡镇农业竞争力评价模型、综合评价法和ESDA空间分析法,对浙江省885个乡镇单元的农业竞争力进行评价,分析乡镇农业竞争力五要素的空间分布格局与特征;运用组合分析法将浙江省乡镇单元发展方向划分为综合化的农业经济重镇、专业化的农业技术强镇、规模化农产品生产基地镇和其他镇等四类,并提出相应发展策略建议,为乡镇农业的分类指导和健康发展提供科学依据。

The key to solving the problems of“rural areas,agriculture,and farmers”is to enhance the agricultural competitiveness.In this study,the agricultural competitiveness of 885 villages and towns in Zhejiang Province is evaluated by using the evaluation model,comprehensive evaluation method and ESDA spatial analysis,and the spatial distribution pattern and characteristics of five elements of rural competitiveness are analyzed as well.The development direction of village and township units in Zhejiang Province is divided into four categories,namely integrated agricultural economic town,specialized agricultural technical town,large-scale agricultural production base town and other towns,and corresponding development strategy suggestions are put forward to provide scientific basis for the classified guidance and healthy development of village and township agriculture in the future.
