以花鸟画为工具的绘画艺术治疗心理研究——以抑郁症为例

Psychological analysis of art therapy by creating traditional Chinese flower-and-bird painting

花鸟画是中国画的传统画科之一,中国传统花鸟画体现了中国人对自然生物的审美,它能够表达作者的思想感情,体现个人精神,反映社会特性。以抑郁症心理治疗为例,简析绘画艺术治疗的心理机制,研究花鸟画创作对画者的心理影响因素,讨论绘画艺术治疗中花鸟画创作的心理疗愈效果。追溯绘画艺术治疗理论,探索以花鸟画为工具的绘画艺术治疗的合理性以及优越性,以期研究的成果对中国的艺术治疗有着借鉴意义。

Flower-and-bird painting is one of the traditional Chinese painting disciplines,reflecting Chinese people’s aesthetic appreciation of natural creatures. It can express the author’s thoughts and feelings,reflect personal spirit and reflect social characteristics. This paper takes the psychological treatment of depression as an example,analyzes the psychological mechanism of art therapy,studies the psychological influence factors of flower-and-bird painting creation on painters,and discusses the psychological healing effect of flower-and-bird creation in art therapy. In brief,the authors have traced the theory of art therapy,and explored the rationality and superiority of art therapy with flower-and-bird painting as tools. The results of this study have reference significance for Chinese art therapy.
